Apply for your permit by picking up an application form from any of the Forest Dept offices (Belmopan, San Ignacio, Orange Walk, Savannah Independence, Pine Ridge) or by visiting the Belize Bird Rescue website and downloading the application form. Less than two weeks remain for people to get a permit. After that, the parrots will be confiscated and the 'owners' fined.
