From Belmopan...
We have now had two outer bands come over Belize, the 1st no rain yesterday, last night the 2nd caused some rain in many parts, but that has now moved away to the NW. There is a lot of rain out there, from this storm, presently it is most out at sea but coming towards Belize. The good news is as it gets nearer it is reducing in ITCZ activity and the amount of rain is reducing, so we may well be spared to real heavy rain that Nicaragua will be getting. This morning there is a light "Tiger" wind from the SW, the Caribbean air appears to be from the east, there are a few clouds coming from the west, but the Storm is coming up from the SE, but dissipating as it gets nearer to Belize.
Looks like today will be mainly cloudy, with significant chances of rain later today, some heavy.
