From Belmopan...
The storm area as such, has broken up, but warm wet tropical air with a lot of cloud is still streaming up from the south, with small pockets of ITCZ activity, one of which developed over southern Belize and moved northwards over Belize with rain and isolated thunder and has now reformed over southern Belize again. The rain is moving with the easterly Caribbean wind, but not coming in from the sea, but forming over land under the ITCZ activity. The US Navy is still asleep only early morning picture available at present, showing the ITCZ cloud over southern Belize.
Looks like this morning will continue to be cloudy, with patches of rain anywhere, some heavy, perhaps a little sunshine occasionally this afternoon.
