Sushi is a very delicate cuisine and after being trained as a chef I have learned to be careful when dining out..... What I like about the Mahogany Bay Chef is that he is also trained in the proper handling of fresh fish for Sushi.......Blu Water does this well and as I wrote before I can hardly wait to try the JYOTO.... Unfortunately each time we try to get to Rojo our timing is off and they have not been open....I would call ahead. Oh and another place; though it sounds odd is the Dive Bar.....They serve some fun Sushi there as well.....and lots of other great treats like their Grouper Cakes.....And if you go on the right night you can catch live music while eating....
