Hello. I am looking for Kriol phrases (or words) for things like fiesty, fire, spunky.
We breed show dogs and have a number of them named after things/places in Belize. I have a puppy who's registered name will be DnQ Bullys Palapa's Girl. I need a call name.
Her mother is DnQ Bullys Ambergris Caye; her uncle is DnQ Bullys A Belikin a Fido's...see my theme lol? We also have Coco Loco and Princess Belikini.
Thanks for any input!

That's kind of cool.....Each and everyday the one I hear the most in the kitchen is 'mek i try' ..... Translated.....Let me do it or let me try it..... Of course the obvious 'dat gial' or 'dat boi' or 'gial bahn mi' or 'boi bahn me' Also translated is girl behind me or boy behind me.....of course this is the Belizean version of 'Kriol' not the same terms or verbiage you would find of the 'Creole' in Louisiana, Haiti or some East Caribbean nations.... However, I enjoy the conversations and many of our locally born neighbors are kind enough to translate for us..... Good Luck... Let us know what you come up with....
I breed the American Bully...it is a show version of the American Pit Bull Terrier. This is her picture (she is on the top)
