From Belmopan...
There is a big bubble of cold air coming down over the Gulf from the NW. Its front, clashing with the Caribbean air, is causing some rain along the western side of the Yucatan, its effect at ground level is close to Belize and causing total cloud cover over Belize. I expect the actual cold front proper to start to break up today, so we may not get a full cold front over Belize, but we will get, we are getting some effect from it. At present no rain anywhere near Belize, but we will probably get some rain from this later today or this evening.
Today looks as if it will be largely or totally cloud covered, with rain showers later, starting in the north.
