The cold air is still coming down from the NNE over most of the Caribbean side of Central America. The Caribbean air being pushed down over Panama, but there is some high level cloud coming from the SW over Honduras and mainly further south. Presently there is a surface "Tiger" wind over Belize from the SW. There is a little bit of rain way out at sea, but not moving towards land. The cold front is disintegrating as it mixrs with the Caribbean air.
Looks like today will be mainly cloudy, but with some sunny patches, no rain expected during the day.
