From Belmopan...

The fog will lift or burn off later this morning, due to clear night sky. The easterly Caribbean wind is slowing down, being slowed and possibly later pushed back by the front of a cold air from the States. The cold front might not get to us, but it leading air is having its effect. The high level air is having very little effect. There have been a few patches of rain, mainly down south.

Looks like today will be sunny after the fog has cleared, then white clouds developing, probably no rain.
