From Belmopan...
This cold air bubble has actually been caused by a rotating storm although they have not called it that. It was, at it most intense, centred over Florida, with its outer arm coming over Belize and now it is moving down over Panama. Its centre has now moved out into the Atlantic, it is holding back the regular Caribbean air and keeping Belize in cold air, Last night min. 19°C 66°F No sign of any change yet.
Looks like another clear sky day, with cool air, no rain.
