WHAT GUESTS WERE CATCHING:
A tough week of fishing with strong winds and muddy waters. Every day the anglers we able to boat a few bones though. The bonefish are hungry, so when the weather settles, they are eating heavily. Next week forecast is for lighter winds and sunny skies. Can’t wait.
Permit fishing can be tough no matter what the weather brings. Only a few permit were caught this week. Michael C and Michael T and Steve all managed to catch some with Michael T. and his brother, Matthew landing three in one day. Job well done!!
Lots of Tarpon around this week even though the winds made it challenging. Michael T. got it done on his way to a grand slam. Dick managed to stick four in one day but unfortunately none to the boat. Nice to know there hungry!
Snapper, Ladyfish, Barracuda, Snook, Jacks and Grunts.
Congratulations to Michael T. on his Grand Slam.
