I've sent a couple of emails (today and yesterday - plus a FB private message) and normally CVH is quick to respond but I have not heard back. Any idea as to what might be going on?

I will call the hotel office and ask them to get back to you. I am sure it will be resolved quickly.

Thanks Amanda. I finally heard back from Carla. Maybe they were busy with their full moon event? Anyway, my reservation is secured and paid for :-)
