There is a whole bunch of different air flows around us at present. Cool, low level, sort of Caribbean winds are coming down from the NE over Cuba, largely due to a large rotating air mass in the Atlantic. The high level winds from the Pacific have little cloud in them. But there are mid-level clouds moving in all different directions, but relatively little overall cloud cover today, so as the day warms up, so the easterly Caribbean wind will pick up. There are a few small spots of rain around, but they are drying up.

Looks like today will be mainly sunny, some mid-level cloud around, later white clouds developing as the east wind starts up, little or no rain expected.
