From Belmopan...
The large rotating air mass is still out there in the Atlantic, now far to the east of the States, but it is still drawing cool air down from the north, into the easterly Caribbean air. So we are continuing to be getting cool air over Belize. The high level clouds are from the west, two areas, one coming from Mexico. The other from the Pacific to the west of Panama. There is now some very significant ITCZ activity near Panama and in the Caribbean to the east of Panama. Typically it is about a month or so, before this works its way up northwards and gets to our area.
Looks like today will be mainly sunny, with clouds, and there is some rain in parts of Belize.
