The current total accommodation will be 16 people with the completion of phase 2. In near future phase 3 will be completed, adding 6 more units. (additional 36 people)
In 2016/2017, PDS rental program generated thousands of dollars through diving, certifications and mainland tours. This money was paid to third party tour operators. The developer just completed a dive shop on PDS' private pier and would like to rent/lease out to a QUALIFIED operator.
