From Belmopan...
A very active weather out there this morning. That tropical storm I mentioned developing yesterday, has developed into an very active cyclone, it may have also have helped that large ITCZ swell-up yesterday afternoon, now called TS DORA it spun up very rapidly, which is why the Wunderground had not spotted it yesterday, but the NHC as mentioned by Jimmy, did spot it. It is in the Pacific and going away from us, but it is causing a lot of high level activity effecting our weather. We have fast moving high level clouds coming down from the north and inter-reaction with the strong easterly Caribbean air is resulting in some heavy normal level clouds over Belize. There was a few areas of rain over night in Belize, but that now dried up.
Looks as if we will have a fairly sunny day, with significant clouds, no rain expected at present.
