From Belmopan...
There was a front from the Yucatan down to Nicaragua that went rapidly over Belize yesterday, causing that line of rain. There is a lot of things happening, the mild ITCZ activity over Nicaragua is drifting northwards, over Honduras and nearer to Belize, its high fast spin-off is already over Belize, giving us an overcast start to the day, at least in central Belize. There are odd patches of cloud around, both off the coast and inland.
Looks like today is going to be both a mixture of sun and cloud and variable in different parts of Belize, at present no rain, could be some patches this afternoon.
