From Belmopan...
It has been a very active night, with many sell-ups, mainly in the Pacific. But the one in the central Caribbean that was breaking up last night, has re-developed. It is still not rotating as such, but there are the outside air movements that are causing apparent rotation, that is easterly Caribbean on it top area, southerly air coming up on its east side and NW high winds coming down from Mexico on its west side, and it now has a more defined low pressure area, although 1010 mb is hardly low, because 1013 in the standard normal pressure. But there are all the ingredients there for 90L Slowly Organizing in Caribbean to develop into a storm, but there is no indication, as yet, that it will.
Looks like today will be mainly sunny, with clouds developing, there could be some rain showers, although very few at present.
