Is Tulu still in Placencia?

It's been many years since I saw Tulu. He left AC ages ago and I understand he went to Placencia. I hope he's doing well. Anyone know his whereabouts/how to contact him?

Gela, Tulu is indeed still in Placencia. He has remarried and seems to be very happy. I just went fishing with him last January. His phone number is 600-4582.
