From Belmopan...
That storm TS FRANKLIN still having significant influence over us, although it is now far away in the Gulf, there was a band of mid-level cloud from it come over Belize late yesterday, replacing the SW Pacific air and causing significant rain in large areas of central Belize, then it caused another long swell-up all along the east coast areas and all of the Corozal district during the early hours this morning, that is just clearing to the north. And there is still high-level cloud from it coming the other way, from the NWN. What ever that storm was, it spread out over a very, very large area, and is now expected to become a Hurricane in the Gulf, going towards Mexico city.
Looks like today will be mainly overcast, but there will be patches of sun in some places, no more rain this morning.
