From Belmopan...
The two storms H IRMA and H KATIA are taking moisture away, leaving the western Caribbean air unusually dry. There was a Tiger wind from the WSW last night, still felt on the surface in some places, and caused a line of cloud to be moving off shore. The easterly Caribbean air is still from the ESE and will be increasing over the day as the land warms up from the sun.
Looks like today will be mainly sunny, with white clouds building, no indication of any rain.
The ESE Caribbean air just starting to come in land, but there was a night time Tiger wind from the WSW which formed a line of cloud just out at sea, being pushed towards the east by the Tiger wind, which is dying down now and will be replaced by the regular ESE Caribbean wind. Very little high level cloud anywhere.
