From Belmopan...
The low level cloud has continued to come from the WNW all night, being sucked in by H IRMA which is now crossing over the Florida cays. It is also sending out high level cloud, which is coming from the east over Belize and clashing with some of the low cloud to cause patches of rain on land over night and now mainly out at sea. The surface wind was the "Tiger" wind from the WSW, which is still on the surface now. There is also some thin, mid level cloud coming down from the north, associated with the USA front that is responsible for changing the direction of Irma,
Looks like today will have a lot of cloud, some sunshine occasionally, a small chance of some rain later.
