HURRICANE JOSE is turning into another monster. Not clear yet where it might go.
It does not pose a threat to Belize, despite some stories going around.
It does pose a threat to the Turks & Caicos Islands again, the Bahamas, the States and possibly Bermuda.
The SW surface "Tiger" wind is stopping. The normal low level cloud is from the NW but only visible up north. Looks like a lot of sunshine up north, at least from this picture, perhaps some thin cloud. There is other air and cloud coming down from the north, presumably mid level, clashing near the mountains with other air. The high level is from the east and clashing out at sea, but only causing small amounts of rain.
