HURRICANE JOSE has been throwing off a lot of high level cloud, spreading out all over the Caribbean sea. it appears to have shrunk a bit, not giving up though. After spending all yesterday, sitting in just one spot, 25N 55W it is now just starting to move towards the west, and will probably weaken a bit. But what will it do later, especially as it starts to turn northwards. Although its total area of influence is very large, it centre area, at least to me, hardly looks like hurricane rotation. Perhaps it will be diminishing in wind strength.
