Daily Tropical Weather Outlook:
At 3:00am, Hurricane Jose was centered near 27.9N latitude, 71.8W longitude or about 515mls SW of Bermuda. Tropical Depression 14 was centered near 12.6N latitude, 32.1W longitude or about 590mls west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. A tropical wave located about 800 miles east of the Windward Islands continues to become better organised.
Looks like TD FIFTEEN could plough right through Antigua, Barbuda and the Virgin Islands again like Irma, and it is expected to develop into yet another hurricane. But TS LEE should go reasonably clear to the north. Meanwhile H JOSE is now going nearly north, its 80 mph hurricane winds unlikely to hit the USA, but its effects and sea will effect the USA coast. But none of them are likely to be any threat to Belize.
