From Belmopan...

Odd weather at present. There has been high level cloud streaming up in fingers of cloud from the south for a couple of days, clashing with lower cloud to cause scattered rain, mainly out at sea. The easterly Caribbean wind is only evident in the north of Belize, there is a little movement of mid level air from the north, but actually air, cloud moving slowly over southern Belize from the west. This is all leading to an overcast morning.

Looks like much of the morning, even the afternoon will be mainly overcast, perhaps a little sun later, also the chance of some rain showers.
