From Belmopan...
The general air flow or Caribbean wind is still from the NNE but has a lot of cloud this morning, I suspect it is caused by the surface "Tiger" wind from the SW. The high level cloud, which is being caused or produced by the general area of ITCZ activity over western Caribbean, from Panama to Cuba, has moved a little bit further away from Belize this morning. This ITCZ cloud production normally happens in the Pacific, not the Caribbean, at least for most of the year.
Looks like today will be overcast, with some sunshine in some parts of Belize during the day, there is still a chance of rain in any part.
