The large ITCZ clouds that normally develop over the Pacific are presently developing over the western Caribbean, but for the last few days, further east of Belize. So the main cloud over Belize is the Caribbean winds, but coming down from the north. There is also wind coming over Belize from the NW as a result of a recent cold front. There is also some high level air from the SW, which is clashing with the north winds, to produce some rain clouds, mainly over the sea.
Looks like today will be mainly sunny, but with significant clouds, rain patches mainly out at sea.
