The ITCZ type activity is well out of the way, but the strong NE Caribbean wind is encountering cool air from the NW in advance of the cold front, and a significant SW surface "Tiger" wind. The result is significant rain in many parts of northern Belize and coastal central Belize. This rain may well spread further inland and effect much more of the country this morning. My guess is that the rain may ease up as the day gets warmer, but I can't be sure.
There is a fight going on between the strong Caribbean wind and the cool north wind, causing areas of rain, which will move further inland, looks like coastal rain moving further inland then reducing, but cloud spreading over more of the country.
