Ricky Frutos of Rickyís Spice Shack is looking for a job. He has completed superior Cuisine and intermediate Pastry training at Le Cordon Bleu in Mexico City. He also received Certificates in Mexican Cuisine and Wine.
He apprenticed with Alejandro Heredia at Morablanca in Mexico City. Heredia is considered the father of modern Mexican Cuisine, named best chef in the world, 2010.
He has worked with spices through his Spice company for 2:5 years and has at least a decade of hospitality, hotel and restaurant experience before that.
