From Belmopan...
The easterly Caribbean winds are winning, pushing the cold bubble away, resulting in over cast cloud conditions. There are a few isolated rain showers with the Caribbean cloud, not much and will stop as the day temperatures rise. Not much other activity, the high level is from the south, with very little cloud in it, no more cold fronts in the Gulf at present. The US Navy got one single picture yesterday morning and are still stuck on that.
Looks like much of today will be cloudy, some sunshine later, only a small chance of any rain.
