The main winds have shifted again to coming in from the NE with bubbly cloud, causing patches of rain, mainly in parts of central and southern Belize this morning and probably patches through much of the day. There is slow moving high level cloud coming up from the south, almost stationary. The US Navy pictures stuck on yesterdays weather, so I have used NASA's cloud picture.
Looks like today will be a mixture of cloud, sun and rain, more cloud and rain down south, more sun up north.
