OP Marty	From Belmopan... There is a lot of cloud around, mainly out at sea. There are two clashing wind directions, the lower wind is from the NNE forming a line of cloud, just off the coast. And there is high level cloud from the SW over the easterly Caribbean clouds, clashing and causing significant rain, presently most of it is out at sea, but some in parts of central Belize. The US Navy still stuck on Wednesday & Belize rain earlier this morning. Looks like today's weather going to be patchy and variable, largely cloudy, some sun, mainly in the north and a significant risk of rain, particularly central and south Belize.
