The Caribbean winds are coming down from the NNE and replacing the cold air, and there is higher air with cloud, moving up from the south, resulting in mid level cloud over most of Belize at present. Despite a heavy line of cloud just off shore, there is very little rain out at sea.

Looks like today will be cloudy this morning, sun coming through as the day warms up, little or no rain.
