Anybody know the rules on bringing Champagne on the plane? I know wine is okay...but heard somewhere that Champagne isn't? (something about pressure...)

Just think how the pressure change affects your ears.....BOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!

It would be a heeluva bomb scare !!!!

I guess that would be what yuppie terrorists
use.....and then make all their captives eat caviar.....yuk!!

Give me rum and fish.

We wouldn't open it on the plane!! We'd bring it with us for a nice, romantic evening once on the island!

There is no problem taking champagne on flights they sell it in duty free and i often buy it when travelling especially when leaving Belize as its so cheap even the good stuff

Belize international airport sells for in U.S

$10.00 Korbel
$30.00 Vieve Cliquot
$20.00 Moet & Chandon

Bring what you want and take advantage of the prices on the way back to the states and if you happen to bring too much with you you can send a bottle up to Playa blanca Dive & Beach Club where i will happily consume it

Best regards

In march I hauled a bottle of bubbly for the same reasons - Then I saw fine champagne at the supermarket for about $10 more than I paid! I wouldn't haul one again - it was heavy & took up too much room in my carry-on bag!! For $10 bucks I'll buy it local now that it is available in San Pedro!
Belize it!

Great advice Gaz and margarita!!

I think I'll just leave the nice bottle at home for a romantic evening when we return...I don't even want to think about that!
