On Ambergris Caye this morning the sky is clear and sea flat calm with a breeze from the E-SE at 5 mph. The expected high is 82 f.

From Belmopan...

Heavy Fog this morning in central Belize and I think much of northern Belize. This is due to high humidity and a clear sky last night, causing surface temperatures to drop. It does not necessarily mean a sunny day, however sometimes it is a sunny day and today might work out that way, when the fog burns off. There is patches of cloud out in the Caribbean sea, coming our way from the ENE with clear patches between. Still no NOAA or Navy pictures.

NOAA: "The Federal Government is currently shut down. Some NOAA websites are unavailable." There is some rain near Dangriga and PG, but it should reduce soon, there has even been some lightning near PG.

Looks like today will be a mixture of cloud and sun, more sun as the day progresses, could be the odd rain shower anywhere.
