Dangriga opened its Belize Infrastructure Limited sporting facility this weekend. Coming so close unto the Town Board elections - it was a time for all the rival factions inside the Dangriga camp to come together for a rare show of unity.

They did it for the opening of the Russell Garcia Auditorium. The deceased Chiste Garcia was a former UDP representative for Dangriga and a much loved figure in that community. Speechgivers sung his praises:
