Welland OP W	Jordan Bacchus arrested in Northern Ontario is wanted by homicide investigators for murder in Belize 2 years ago.

SimonB S	He'll do longer time in Canada for his charges than he will do here. Here he'll only be in until the case files are lost or the witnesses fail to testify.
