From Belmopan...

There is both regular easterly Caribbean cloud coming in and large areas of mid-level easterly cloud. together, they are causing significant rain in much of central Belize and more to come in later today. There is also some NW high-level cloud adding to the mix and disturbance.

Looks as if today will have both significant rain areas and periods in much of Belize at different times and significant patches of sunshine in other parts, presently north Belize. And some in parts of central Belize later, before more rain this afternoon or evening.
