As you can see, there are clouds, heavy clouds just hanging around the western Caribbean and as they get nearer to land, they get heavier, causing many isolated rain showers in any part of the country. No trace of high level cloud, but the mid and low level Caribbean clouds are heavier enough to cause heavy patches and rain at any place at any time today.
