From Belmopan...

Most of that heavy Caribbean cloud is missing, just a bunch of stretched out scattered lines of thin cloud. No sign of the south moving clouds or high-level clouds this morning. But there is fog in west central Belize and parts of south Belize as there have been in Guatamala for many mornings. Some white clouds already forming over southern Belize as the Caribbean air comes ashore, and a little bit in central and northern Belize.

It looks, so far, as if today will be fairly sunny for much of the country, with white clouds building, presently no rain on the radar.
