Good Morning, afternoon my name is Donald Quigley I have been lurking around here for a while. Thank you for all the helpful information. My wife and I are finally moving to Ambergris in either August or September and wanted to see if anyone may have a long term rental. We own land in the Habeneros Area, about 10 miles North of San Pedro. We plan on renting for a minimum of six months to ensure that Ambergris is a good fit. (I know I should have tried before I bought) Assuming it is we plan on starting to build in month 7. We have been to the Island several times but living and vacationing are obviously two different experiences. We would prefer to be North of the Bridge. One or two bedrooms. We have no pets. Budget would depend on the unit. If you believe there may be anything available please let me know. We plan to come to the Island toward the end of May to hopefully sign a lease somewhere.
