Belize Water Services informs customers in parts of San Pedro that there will be an interruption in the water supply today, Wednesday, March 14, 2018, starting at 1:00pm. The area to be affected is San Mateo.
This interruption is necessary for the installation of a new water main. Due to the upgrade, customers may experience low water pressure and/or discoloration when water is restored.
Residents of these areas in San Pedro are advised that water supply should return to normal by 5:00pm. If they experience water supply problems after that time, they should immediately call BWS' hotline at 0-800-CALL-BWS (0-800-225-5297) to report it.
BWS apologizes for any inconvenience this interruption is causing to our customers in San Pedro.
