ive seen older posts on this topic but does anyone know a US notary option on the island at the moment. thanks in advance.

Those appointed by a U.S. state are not able to use their Notary commission overseas. Also, officers of the foreign service of the United States, and consular agents at U.S. embassies and consulates, are authorized under federal law to notarize documents abroad.
