The San Pedro Town Council hereby announces its Clean-Up Campaign and we're starting with the Boca del Rio Lagoon Side! Every one is invited to join in and help clean the area. Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. Meeting place: Boca del Rio Park.

Residents are being invited to clean up their yards and take out any trash from their yard so that the SPTC trucks can dispose of it.

Trash bags, gloves and refreshments will be provided.

Hope they bring large enough bags to remove the broken down equipment and containers on the property between the theater and Reef Village. And while at it, tear down the rusting incompleted buildings on the property. Isla Bonita
And while there at it, have the owners of that eye sore of a building next to the Yatch Club tear it down before it falls down.

COMMUNITY CLEAN UP - BOCA DEL RIO/SAN JUAN

Wow! What a great turn out! On Saturday, May 5th at 6 o'clock in the morning, the San Pedro Town Council held its first Community Clean up in the Boca del Rio Area and the San Juan Area. The San Pedro Town Council Staff and volunteers were out at Boca del Rio bright and early, excited to keep la isla bonita clean!

After a few hours of hard work, the team managed to take out loads of garbage-filled trash bags - which was very rewarding for the team.

Thank you to Castillo's Hardware on the donation of six packs of garbage bags, which were used for the clean up.

Look out for our next Community Clean Up date as we tackle another area!
