WHAT GUESTS WERE CATCHING:
The weather has been really good this week, and the Bonefishing has been the same. Brian and Carl from Canada caught close to seventy Bonefish their first day with Captain Vince, a long time guide with El Pescador. Thanks to Vince for making it happen!
Permit, the elusive PERMIT!! Juan has spent a lifetime "In Permit Years" like most permit fisherman trying to bring it home, and he finally did. Congratulations to Juan, you deserve it!! Also, congrats to Melissa on her Permit with Captain Jeo! Persistence always pays off!
To catch a Tarpon is always a super fun experience, and Melissa felt the tug of a one hundred plus pounder for one and a half hours before it got off at the boat. Oh well, we are going to let them go anyway…Right! Jason also landed his first Tarpon to round out his week.
Snook, Barracuda, snapper, jacks, and ladyfish.
No grand slams this week.
FLIES THAT WORKED
