The mid level and high level cloud are coming over Belize from the SSW causing pockets of rain. The Caribbean winds are from the east as normal, under the higher level clouds. Further to the west, the dryer air flow is from the north, causing a circulation of cloud over Guatamala and Belize, this is pushing into the Monsoon band just to the south of Belize, and bringing some of its cloud and rain up over Belize.
Looks like today will be another turbulent day, mainly cloud, with patches of rain anywhere at any time.
