From Belmopan...

There is a lot of turbulence in our area, as the spill from that hurricane comes down from the NW and at the same time, other high level is moving over the Caribbean from the SW Most of its activity and rain is over the sea, but significant rain crossed over Belize over night as a result. Presently, there is very little or no rain in Belize, but that is likely to change, there will probably be patches of rain during the day, in any part.

Looks like today will be mainly cloudy, with the chance of some rain patches.

Temperatures in Belmopan :
( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler ) Last night min. 25°C 77°F Yesterday max. 31°C 88°F

The Cloud picture. The high level cloud has thinned out faster than I expected, so we are now having significant sunshine in patches, no rain on land at present, could be the odd shower later.

Rain now just developing where shown, due to ITCZ swellup in Mexico.

White arrows are the normal, low level clouds, Orange arrows the high level cloud movement.
