The easterly Caribbean air has less cloud than has been typical the last few days, at least at present, and the high level SW cloud is thin. As a result, there has been fog is some parts of central and north Belize, land has radiated heat up into space, causing cooler surface temperatures and so some moist air condensed into fog. The blue areas on the picture below are thin high level cloud, not producing any rain, although there has been a little down south and near some coastal area, due to bits of heavier Caribbean cloud.
Looks like today will be fairly sunny, the white clouds developing later, some rain could develop this afternoon.
