oh man is this good... we served on a salad with curried chicken chunks, pears, celery, lettuce, and halved grapes. really yummy...

3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper


Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, and mustard. Mix in cinnamon, curry powder, salt, and pepper and let sit for at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
