That's what health officials advised in a release sent today. It states " the seasonal flu vaccine is now available free at all public health centers countrywide. The vaccine helps to prevent the flu or the severity of the illness. The Ministry encourages specific at-risk groups to get the flu vaccine. These include children 6-23 months, pregnant women, adults 65 years and older, health care providers, and persons suffering from chronic illnesses.
